Christine Fiedler

Christine brings a collective 18 years of nonprofit experience in fundraising and communications
to the leadership team of BCM. Her roots stem from a childhood growing up in the big city of
Chicago to Missouri where she began her love for the great outdoors – hiking, camping and
biking. This love motivated her to move to Colorado in 2005 with a degree in communications.
Since then, Christine has built her career from a travel guide with an education-based cruise
line, to the corporate sector of advertising and media, to nonprofit marketing and event planning,
to finding her groove in nonprofit fundraising.

She provides a proven success record of increased contributed revenue, generated from
individual giving, events, sponsorships and grants in both local Colorado and national
organizations. She has fundraised for Denver Kids Inc., Free Speech TV, Colorado Cross-
Disability Coalition, and most recently adapted to the funding side as Program Officer for
Colorado’s unique sales and use tax funded Scientific and Cultural Facilities District (SCFD). She
has managed national on-air pledge drives, designed giving campaigns, built strategic
cultivation plans, provided trainings on grant writing best practices and incorporates a lens in
diversity, equity, inclusivity and accessibility.

Christine strongly believes in strengthening community, adamantly focusing on opportunity to
better the world for all. She feels fortunate to actively follow her passion in her work every day.
In her free time, you can find Christine wandering a trail in Colorado where she lives. She is a
big fan of being a mom to her son, Miles, watching live music, picnics, recycling, snowboarding,
road trips and thrift store discoveries.
